NAIL ESTHETICS Program

The Nail Esthetics Course is offered at no additional charge only to graduates in good standing from the Nurtur ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ Columbus Esthiology Program.  Students in the Nail Esthetics course learn the fundamentals of natural and artificial nail care, and massage techniques for the hands and feet. Students will learn the care of healthy nails, manicure, pedicure, and table set-up. The understanding and application of rules and laws governing nail esthetics in the state of Ohio are the foundation of program.

The Nurtur ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ Columbus Nail Esthetics Course is offered only to graduates in good standing from the Nurtur ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ Columbus Esthiology Program. The Nail Esthetics course is not offered to the general public at this time.

The Nurtur ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ Columbus offers a unique cosmetology school learning environment through hands-on, real-world experience. Located in Columbus, Ohio, we inspire students to exceed expectation and seek lifelong learning beyond the traditional classroom. Aveda believes that education encompasses more than learning basic technical skills. Our cosmetology curriculum is specifically designed to prepare beauty school students for the state licensing examination and allow them to learn the technical, personal and business skills necessary to work in a professional salon environment.

Federal Financial Aid

Federal student aid is available to qualified students. Those that qualify may be awarded a Pell grant, Direct Subsidized and/or Unsubsidized Stafford Loans, and/or Direct Parent Plus loan. In order to be considered for aid, a student must complete a FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid), which is available at . The amount of financial aid that a student may be awarded is based on a student’s EFC (Expected Family Contribution), which is determined by his or her FAFSA application.

Veterans Education Benefits

Students eligible for Veterans Education benefits may be able to use these funds to help finance their education. Our institute currently accepts all forms of Veterans Education benefits, with the exception of the yellow ribbon program. The school will not impose any penalty, including the assessment of late fees, the denial of access to classes, libraries, or other instructional facilities, or the requirement that a covered individual borrow additional funds, on any covered individual because of the individual’s inability to meet his or her financial obligations to the institution due to the delayed disbursement funding from the VA.
